Collaboration: Network and establish relationships with the more than 79 individuals representing 52 organizations actively supporting the efforts of HTC
Action: Support the development of strategies to improve regional health outcomes, and engage in various educational, professional development, and networking events
Impact: Become a part of the solution by committing your personal and organizational time, talent and resources to achieving measurable and sustainable change in the Tri-County

Review the initiatives to determine the best way to contribute your personal skills, talents and resources to workgroup efforts, and how your organization can become a member of the HTC movement.
